It is our go-to Italian restaurant. Some of our favorite dishes there are fried calamari and truffle mushroom pizza. The food has been consistently high-quality for the past six/seven years whenever we visited. The portion has decreased though. We noticed this especially this time we visited. There was less calamari compared to the previous times when we ordered.

Absolutely delicious. We had the calamari which was some of the best I’ve ever had. I had the Amore Salad which was huge and delicious. It had goat cheese and candied pecans. So good. I didn’t want a large meal intentionally so next time going to try the chicken parmigiana.

For such a small place stuck to the side of East Ave Wegmans, this place is great! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the good is absolutely delicious. It's also more affordable than I was expecting! The only downside is that it seemed our waiter was a bit overloaded, so it would be good if they balanced things out better. Overall a great experience though!

Enjoyed the family style seating and atmosphere. Wegmans has done a great job to incorporate their food into a restaurant. Definitely try their home made pastas they are delicious!

Went here a couple of times and both the service and the food quality were top notch! Got the salad and some pasta the first time and an appetizer and dessert the second time. Enjoyed very much- need to try the pizza next.

Amore is our favorite Rochester restaurant, so it was the perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary. Outstanding food, from apps to dessert. The octopus and calamari were delicious, as was the pizza special and the lemon tart. The service was super-attentive, with great recommendations provided throughout the meal. Make it your next dinner destination!

We dined at Amore for the first time and were very pleased with our experience. My husband made an early reservation as we had plans to attend a play after dinner. The atmosphere was very inviting and our server, Dawn, was exceptional. We ordered drinks and explained that we had to leave by a certain time. Dawn assured us there would be no problem with that. She was attentive, and brought our drinks and some delicious bread right away. I ordered the gf vegetable lasagna, which was a bit higher priced than some of the other entrees, but sounded unusual. It was layered with eggplant and zucchini, red sauce and cheese and did not disappoint. My husband had the chicken parmesan (his go to dish) and enjoyed it, though it did not beat his top two. We even had time for decaf coffee and dessert- tiramisu for me and ice cream for him- and Dawn surprised me with a birthday candle.

This restaurant is incredible! Great service and amazing food. Wegmans never disappoints. We had the Cheese & Charcuterie and the Bianca pizza as appetizers. Both excellent. As entrees, we ordered the Bolognese and Ziti with Shrimp pasta. Our friend had the Crab & Asparagus Risotto. I tried all dishes and I can’t decide which one is better. We also had the Chocolate Creme Brulee and White Chocolate Almond Torte desserts (I forgot to take pictures). Everything was delicious. We’ve been there a couple of times and are definitely going back again.
